Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. ONLY In the event of a cancellation, postponement or Material Alteration of the Event (defined below) You will be entitled to a refund.  

Where the cancellation takes place part-way through the event you may only be entitled to a refund of part of the face price which you paid for the Ticket. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation in relation to the Event which have been arranged by you are made at your own risk and neither the authorised ticket agent nor the promoter will have any liability for any such loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.

A “Material” alteration is a change which in our reasonable opinion makes the Event materially different to the Event which purchasers of the Ticket could reasonably expect. Changes to the event schedule or planned activities shall not be considered a Material alteration. The Event is judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual speakers scheduled to appear. No scheduled speaker may be considered as headline speakers, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing, and so cancellation by a speaker will not entitle you to a refund. 

Force Majeure:

The due performance of these terms and is subject to alteration or cancellation by Babb Events LTD owing to any cause beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather.   

In the event of cancellation by Babb Events LTD our liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. Workshops may be arranged if practicable however Babb Events LTD will not be responsible for any costs or loses incurred.

No animals are allowed on site with the exception of registered guide dogs
Fireworks, Chinese/flying lanterns, flares and the burning of plastics are not permitted
Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public areas


Data collected during registration is retained by Snap Photography Festival (trading as Babb Events LTD) Retained information will also be used to inform you of events run by Babb Events Ltd.
No information collected through registration will be offered for sale or made available to any third party.

Deposit Scheme

Tickets for SNAP 2018 can be bought using a Deposit Ticket Scheme (“DTS”) that allows Tickets to be paid for over three (2) or (3) payments (each an “Instalment”). The DTS is available to any customer buying a ticket between 01st June 2017 at 09:00am and 31st December 2017 at 6pm (the “Eligibility Period”), subject to Ticket availability. The Eligibility Period may be shortened or extend.
Instalments are non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever, however you may sell your ticket to a third party.  Tickets purchased under the DTS will be subject to an additional £25 admin fee, which will be added to the final instalment.  

SNAP reserves the right to sell on any ticket where an instalment is not paid within 30 days of the due date.
